Camera Robotics Field Engineer
Camera Robotics Manufacturing & Field Technician
Summary: The Field Technician shall install, adjust, test, configure and commission Robotic Camera Control Systems, bringing projects to completion and ensuring quality. This position will work closely with design engineers, sales managers, and technical teams to develop installation skills, product design knowledge, and integration processes. Additionally, the Field Technician will perform training for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Install or verify correct installation of Camera Control Systems including Robotic Pan/Tilt Heads, Elevating Columns, Camera Track Systems, Control Panels, Video Switchers, Routers, Network Equipment and System Software. * Test systems at defined milestones, including, in-house build, on-site build, and substantial completion. * Make corrective changes in the field as necessary for optimal system performance. * Assemble general and client specific training documentation, including drawings, system notes, manuals, agendas, and perform client training. * Communicate with Engineers, Programmers, and Sales Staff on a consistent basis. Complete quality control assessments on projects, provide direct feedback, and create commissioning reports. * Serve as a company representative and role model for other technicians by exhibiting a high quality of work, an excellent work ethic, and a positive attitude. * All other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate.

- Associate (Required)
Experience:
- Electronics: 5 years (Required)
- IP networking: 3 years (Preferred)
- Broadcast Television Equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
